Mr. Nwabueze Benjamin Izuchukwu is a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University, Ideato Local Government Area, Imo State, Nigeria. He hails from Umuche, Akuma in Oru-East Local Government Area in Imo State.
Mr. Nwabueze Benjamin Izuchukwu obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from Imo State University, Owerri in 2006. He advanced his education with a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry from Imo State University, Owerri in 2017. Currently, he is concluding his Ph.D program in Physical Chemistry at the same institution.
As a strong academic, he is in love with research, teaching, and mentoring. He has attended various conferences and workshops. He has published numerous Journal articles in the field of Analytical and Physical Chemistry, both in local and international reputable journals.

Member, Chemical Society of Nigeria (MCSN). Mr Nwabueze Benjamin is highly recognized in the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) for his contributions towards the growth of the association. A member of the Admission Committee of Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University till date.
Mr. Nwabueze was first recognized academically in his year of first degree graduation as the most vibrant chemist by the Students Chemical Association of Nigeria. (SCSN), Imo State Chapter. Additionally, he has been honored with the award of Best Teacher of the Year virtually in all the Secondary Schools he taught immediately after his graduation.
A man who believes strongly in community service, particularly through his good and interpersonal relationships and firm belief in God. He is a member of Catholic Men Organization (CMO) St. Johnbosco’s Catholic Church Ihitte Isi Mbieri Mbaitoli L.G.A where he served as Secretary of the Organization for 7 Years from 2017 to 2024 with numerous awards.
