Summary of Academic Profile:

Mrs Okwuego Sopuruchukwu Peace is a lecturer in the Accounting Department of Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University, Ogboko, Imo State. She was born in Enugu and a native of Umunwarahu in Obodoukwu Ideato North LGA, Imo State.

Mrs Okwuego Peace obtained her B.Sc. in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in the year 2013. She advanced her education with a Master in Accountancy from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam in 2020 and currently concluding her PhD program in Accountancy from the same school. 

Her area of research has revolved around Financial Accounting and Environmental Accounting. She has attended several workshops and published numerous journals and has contributed valuable knowledge and insights to the academic.

Mrs Okwuego Peace serves as a class adviser in the Marketing department and a member of the Admission Sensitization Committee at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University. Her dedication to duties has served as an asset to the University.

Hobbies:

At her leisure, she enjoys singing and reading particularly literature on Environmental Accounting. Additionally, she enjoys swimming which she finds very relaxing and an exciting form of exercise.
