Summary of Academic Profile:

Ibegbulem Chinonso Anita is an assistant lecturer in Computer Science department at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University Ogboko Ideato, Imo State. She is an indigene of Njaba local government area of Imo State.

Ibegbulem Chinonso Anita got her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Madonna University in (2005) and has a Masters degree in Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in (2012). She is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree.

She has her research interest in machine learning and cybersecurity with current research interest in federated learning. She has published more than 7 articles in reputable journals both locally and across the globe. She has contributed in writing book chapters in collaborative computer science textbooks and practical manuals.

She is a member of Organization for Women in Science for the developing world (OWSD). She is currently the Course Adviser of CSC-2022-2023 set and departmental and faculty welfare officer at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Ibegbulem Chinonso Anita has carried out various community services in the area of HIV awareness creation in many communities in Imo State and Anambra State respectively.

Ibegbulem Chinonso Anita enjoys playing scrabble, reading and watching football.
