Summary of Academic Profile:

Mr. John Obioha is a lecturer at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University Ideato, Imo State. He hails from Umuchima in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State.

John Obioha obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from Abia State University, Uturu in 1995. He obtained an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry at Rivers State University,Nkpolu-Oroworukwo. He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. program in Inorganic Chemistry at Rivers State University.

Being a sound scholar, his area of research include; corrosion inhibition expertise using inorganic and organic materials, waste water management and water treatment. He has worked on the water quality and other surrounding streams around Urashi River in Imo state.

John Obioha is a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), Rivers State Chapter. He has been contributing his quota in terms of enhancement of the association, thus, making the study of Chemistry a priority amongst students.

Apart from his pivotal role as a lecturer, John Obioha is a member of KOMU Sports Committee. The committee is making in-roads at talent hunt spanning different sports in the school.

HOBBIES: Reading, radio listening and football.
