BRIEF PROFILE
Obinna Levi Nwata is a dedicated lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University with a considerable track record in delivering exceptional education at undergraduate level. He is known for his passion for empowering students to succeed in ever-changing marketing landscape. He has worked in high profile organizations before joining the university with industry experience spanning over 10 years in commercial and marketing tasks.
With strong industry background, Obinna Nwata brings a considerable wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom inspiring students to think creatively and strategically about marketing challenges.
Obinna Nwata is a lecturer in marketing with a B.Sc. in Marketing from Abia State University, earned on 30th November 1996. He also holds M.Sc. in Marketing from University of Lagos, completed on 17th April 2011, and MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, earned on 18th July 2003.
Mr. Obinna Nwata’s research interests cut across Marketing Strategy, Strategic Marketing Management, Brand Management, consumer behaviour and Digital Marketing, reflecting his passion to inquire into complexity of marketing. He has written articles in the areas of consumer behaviour and contributed to publications in the business and social science journals.
As a dedicated marketing professional, Mr. Obinna Nwata maintains active membership with the marketing professional body in the country, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)
Mr. Obinna Nwata currently is a Class Adviser, advising 2022- 2023 admission set.
