FESTUS CHUKWUMA EZE is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Kingsley Ozumba University, ideato South, Imo State, Nigeria. He hails from Umueme Umuma Isiaku in ideato South Local Government, Imo state, Nigeria.
Festus holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1995, Masters in Electrical Electronics Engineering (MEng) in 2001 from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu and doctorate degree in Computer Science in 2017 from the Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki.
Dr Eze’s research includes neural networks with particular emphasis on digital nervous system. That is application of digital nervous system for corporate reengineering. He is interested in artificial intelligence with emphasis on bioinformatics, analytics, creating a health information system network for seamless information and data exchange, application in Judiciary system and electoral system. Working on GenQ Centre- a tripod information system development and management centre. Dr Eze is doing a whole lot works in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing and Machine Learning.
Dr. Eze is a member of Nigerian Computer Society(NCS), Nigerian Society of Engineers(NSE), Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Leadership Manpower & Management Development(ILMMD)
Dr Eze is the Academic Adviser 2019/2020 Class Set, a member of the Departmental and Faculty Academic Boards, a member of the KOMU ICT Committee and a member of KOMU Admission Subcommittee

Festus is involved in different community development efforts: Director General Omeokachie Annual Leadership Lecture Series and Award Ceremony, Lead Coordinator Comprehensive Secondary School Umuma Isiaku Old Students Association, Member Federal Government College Old students Association, Member of the Umuma Isiaku Energy Committee that held EEDC to task until energy was restored to the town after fifteen years of power disruption., Member of the Umuma Isiaku Education Committee, an ordained counsellor in the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, The Executive Director of Kalu Educational Development Initive(KEDI).
