Summary of Academic Profile:

ESV Chukwuemeka Favour Chinenye is an Academic staff of the Department of Estate Management at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University Ideato  where she has  been affiliated since 2023. Over the years, her commitment to education, research, and community service has been central to her career, allowing her  to make meaningful contributions both within and beyond the university.

She  holds  a BSc in the field of Estate Management from Imo  State University Owerri in 2008 which laid the foundation for her academic journey. She further pursued an MSc in Estate Management from the same University  in 2019 where she  deepened her  understanding and expertise in the field. Her academic pursuit culminated in a Ph.D. currently  in the same University.

She is  proud to be a member, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria ( ESVARBON) and an Associate  of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers which have provided her with opportunities to collaborate with like-minded professionals and stay at the forefront of developments in her field.

At KOMU, she  had taken on several administrative roles, including representing the department for result computation Using Result Spreadsheet Software (RSS), Exam officer for the department, DICTO representative for the department  where she  has worked to improve academic programs and support students' educational journey. These roles had allowed her to contribute to the university's growth and the success of our students and department .

Her dedication to academia has been recognized through several accolades which  reflect her commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service.

In her spare time, she  enjoys researching, reading , singing which provides her with a balanced lifestyle and inspiration for her work. These activities help her  maintain a well-rounded perspective and approach to both her professional and personal life.

Overall, her  journey as a lecturer at KOMU has been deeply fulfilling, and she is  committed to continuing her  contributions to the academic and broader communities for many years to come.
