Summary of Academic Profile:

Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ESV.) Ekwebelem Victor Nnamdi is a hardworking and motivated lecturer in the Department of Estate Management at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University, Ideato, Imo State, Nigeria. He hails from the ancient kingdom of Ekwebelem Royal Dynasty in Okwelle, Onuimo  Local Government Area in Imo State.

ESV. Ekwebelem Victor Nnamdi obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management with a Second Class Upper in 2008 and Master’s Degree in Estate Management majored in Project Management in 2020 from Abia State University, Uturu and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. program in Property Investment and Management at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, demonstrating his continuous commitment to academic excellence and specialization in his field.

He is an astute Professional having been registered as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV.) by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) where he was conferred with the rights and privileges to practice the profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation Nigeria. He is an elected Associate Member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

In addition to his professional memberships, academic and research roles, ESV. Ekwebelem V.N  serves as the timetable officer of the Department of Estate in management in the 2023/2024 academic session and a Member, University Admission Sensitization Committee. 

His leadership and dedication to student development are evident in his efforts to enhance the student experience and support academic success through teaching and counseling. 

ESV. Ekwebelem is actively involved in community service, as a President of Federation of Okwelle student where he helped in organizing and promoting academic awareness amongst his kinsmen and  led several community outreach programs focused on education awareness and support. 

He enjoys current affairs, listening to national and international news, reading, playing and watching football. He also enjoys traveling and exploring nature.
