### Brief Profile of Mr. Chizoba Iloma

Mr. Chizoba Iloma is an eminent Educator and Researcher in the Department of Psychology, Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University, Ideato, Imo State. He is an analytical Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with years of varied experience in social work, counselling, human resources, teaching, journalism, banking, marketing and publishing. He bagged his B.Sc. degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Thereafter, he attended Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku for his PGDE and University of Nigeria, Nsukka for his Masters. He is currently working on his doctorate thesis, thus demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and marking him out as a competent educator.

Mr. Iloma is a talented writer and experienced editor. He has written over fifty poems and authored three literary books namely: Temptation (a prose), Royal Combat (a drama) and The Sainthood of Gideon M. Urhobo (a religious epic). He has also written dozens of psycho-political, socio-economic and religious articles published in newspapers and magazines.

As a budding researcher, Mr. Iloma has a robust research profile and has attended various conferences and workshops. He has published in several national and international journals in the field of psychological sciences, thereby contributing to behavioral sciences and the academic community in general.

Mr. Iloma is a member of Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), and Chartered Institute of Personal Management Nigeria (CIPMN). He is also a member of Nigeria Psychological Association (NPA) and an international member of American Psychological Association (APA). Besides his memberships of professional bodies, academic and research roles; Mr. Iloma currently serves as Academic Adviser and the Secretary of Psychology Department Board of Studies.

Mr. Iloma is involved in community service through his membership of a charitable organization, Concern for Aged Members (CONFAM) – a religious group that cares for senior citizens and trains mid-lifers to prepare for old age. Mr. Iloma recreates with playing chess, watching detective movies, reading novels and writing literary works like poems.
